Perfect for highway and some off road

23k miles tread depth is still at 10! That’s only part of my love of these tires. My gas mileage improved over the manufactures tires by 1 mile per gallon. These are quiet, comfortable and no road noise. I’m not a big off road person but, when I need to be off road I am not disappointed with the traction and handling. Driving in rain and snow is infrequent yet they handle as well as dry roads. These are perfect for my life style. Love the trail-terrain!!!

Good quality tires

Put a set of P225/65/R17 Trail Terrain TA's on my wife's 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands Edition suv as the larger All Terrain K02's runon my F150 4x4 truck aren't available in this size. After the first 4000 miles, we are very pleased with the ride, grip, handling, and minimal noise. They got us through a very rough mountain winter with ease.

Great on-road all-terrains

I picked up a set of Trail Terrains for my 2022 Ford Explorer. I did a bunch of research before I bought these and was somewhat concerned by some reviews saying the tires were poor on ice. I have not found this to be true. I mostly drive in NW Wisconsin and Northern Minnesota and there has been plenty of snow and ice covering the roads this year. IMO the tires have performed well. Very low road noice, good handling in all conditions. I would buy these tires again.

Durability for rough roads and a lot of miles

Living in the mountains on a somewhat rocky dirt road necessitates a solid tire. I recently replaced my 2015 Outback that had 200k miles, with a new, used Outback Wilderness. It came with brand new 3 peak rated tires, but they just looked too much like a tire that lives on paved roads, so I chose to have my fairly used, over 34k mile, Trail-Terrain tires transferred to the new car instead of the brand new tires. The Trail-Terrain tires are looking way better at this milage than previous brands I've had. They have the right amount of off road ability that I need, and have the 3 peak rating, although there is no driving up my steep dirt road when there is snow. They now have 40k miles on them and I am amazed at the longevity compared to others in the class that I've had.

I Love My Beefy Tires 🛞

I got these tires just before fall late July or August and we really didn’t have a heavy winter so I can’t tell you how they handle on the snow. I live in the city and it handled really good on black ice going super slow. A little bit more gas than I normally would with Progressive radial tires instead of aggressive beefy tires, but that’s what I wanted and I’m satisfied. It’s almost spring time 2026 and I will definitely be taking her off road to see how those tires handle. BFGoodrich will have to send me another review in six months to see how my spring and summer went with the brand new tires.

I hope to avoid blowout. I have only one spare.

Got them 2 years ago for my 2019 Ram 1500 4x4. Like the looks and how quiet they are on the freeway. Good on dirt roads in the desert. Very slow tread wear, they look like new at 30.000 miles. Rotated and balanced every oil change every 10.000 miles. Only one problem discovered wile changing oil yesterday. All tires have long (2"-4") and deep cracks on the inside of the weel next to the wheel rim. Took it to Sam's Club they ordered new tires. They did not know yet how much of the replacement cost will be covered by the warranty. They say It depends on the tread wear? For cracks / separations along the rim? If I have to pay more then 30% for replacement I'll go for different brand. Will see in 5 days.

Take a pass!

Unfortunately, these black Friday truck tires have literally been the worst tire purchase of 40 years. One of the tires began shredding all the way around the tire wall, which almost led to a blowout. This is significant since this happened within six months of purchase and with very low mileage, no off-roading. The tire had to be replaced at great cost and great inconvenience. The tires have continued to be a problem and all four lose significant PSI levels in semi cold weather requiring constant attention,. Now it appears one of the tires has a consistent leak. I will never again buy a BFGoodrich product. NOTE: I purchased the Walmart installation plan only to find out that the Walmarts in my area are unable to install a tire with a vehicle rim size over 20. If I had known this, I would not have purchased either.

These tires are very hard to balance on Toyota Tacoma rims. Too much weight is needed and they hop. I've had to try and get them balanced three times. I just have to deal with it, I guess. All four brand new tires have side-to-side play. Makes my truck bounce. Not happy with them for the price point.

HORRIBLE

2 front tire are completely shot and I have only put 15,681 miles on them. they have no tread and are showing white metal. The back 2 that i bought at the same time are fine and still in great condition. I have taken the car to the shop to have them checked multiple times and they find nothing wrong. I spent 1700 on these and i cant even drive right now cause of the condition of the 2 front ones. please help
