I got notifications the day before for time window and then the morning of for an exact time then about 15-20 before when they were actually close by. The beautyrest harmony was packaged well and I was able to sleep on it the first night, didnt have to wait to air our or rise like others. It is about 13” deep and extremely comfy. I woke up well rested. Felt that even tho plush it had a lot of support for both my husband and myself.

This mattress is so comfortable, it’s firm and supportive but still plush and incredibly soft &comfy. You can’t feel any kind of springs and there’s no uncomfortable pressure points. It’s the perfect size for a standard sheet as well. I’ve been getting the best sleep on this mattress, I love it!

It’s one of the more comfiest mattresses I’ve slept on in a while with that plush feel. Very happy and satisfied with the quality of the mattress.

I love the pillow top, yet it is firm when lying down on it. The nicely design of the handles on the sides will make it easy to turn. The edges are strong when you sit on the side to get in and out of bed. I love the depth of the mattress too. Making it comfortable to get in and out of without sagging down too low. I love this mattress and have sleep good since I have had it....

We have previously used a bed in box and my sleep quality was so horrible. Over the last few weeks my sleep has improved drastically. I love the firmness of the mattress and the support that it offers. I couldn’t be happier with our new mattress. The mattress offers great support for side sleepers and back sleepers. I love that the mattresses really don’t have to be flipped every few months. Overall I am extremely satisfied with everything about this mattress.

Just the right amount of firm support with just the right amount of “cushion”. I wanted a firm mattress with a little “give”. This mattress is just a little softer than the Beautyrest Black Series One Extrafirm. It’s exactly what I was looking for and after 2 weeks I know this was the right choice!

You do not just sink into it, your body is definitely supported and comfortable. I love that it is big but not too heavy if you have to move it. It also has nice thick handles on the side to help move it. I love the colors of this mattress also, it looks so nice. I love just relaxing and watching TV on this mattress. It's my favorite place to be in my house!

I should have chosen a medium firm mattress because I am a side sleeper. That is why my review is not five stars. I received this product on 9-8-23 and used it for 2 weeks. It is a very well-made mattress but is very firm. For those who need firm mattresses, it is very supportive and excellent for back or stomach sleepers. The mattress is solidly constructed, and one can tell a lot of time and thought was put into the development of the mattress. The mattress does have a cooling sensation. I usually wake up sweaty on my neck, but I did not sweat at all. I also found the mattress to have a very pleasing appearance. I provided a photo of the design, which reminded me of ocean waves. Also, it is a very thick mattress, and you only need a platform, no box spring. I also found the handles of the bed very strong which made it easy to lift and move. Unfortunately, as mentioned, I am a side sleeper, and I would not recommend the firm version. My shoulder and back ached after using it. It a solid and firm mattress. If I had chosen the medium firm, I think this mattress would have given me the most comfortable sleep I ever had.
