I really like the links. I use to be a fan of the patties before they changed them. Now I cant eat them. The links are still good but I cant recommend them, as the quality changed so much with the patties im not sure if the quality of the links are soon to drop.

WE CAN NEVER OPEN THE PLASTIC PACKAGE THAT IS INSIDE THE CARDBOARD PACKAGE. THE SEAL IS ALWAYS SEALED SO THAT IT REQUIRES A SCISSOR TO OPEN. DO YOU PEOPLE THAT WORK AT JIMMY DEANS EVEN BUY OR USE THEIR PRODUCTS? IF YOU DID THEN YOU KNOW THAT THIS PACKAGING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN. TRY A NEW WAY TO PACKAGE THESE SO PEOPLE CAN OPEN THEM WITHOUT USING A KNIFE OR SCISSOR OR ANY OTHER TOOL. I URGE YOU TO TRY AND OPEN A PACKAGE. GOOD LUCK BECAUSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DO SO.

I love and use both the Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Links and Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Patties. I have Type 2 Diabetes and am including more protein as part of my eating regimen. The Jimmy Dean fully cooked sausages are easy & quick to prepare and complement the hard boiled egg and banana that I eat for breakfast. Thanks Jimmy Dean!

If you love to start your morning eating something tasty and filling definitely a must try cant complete your breakfast with out some jimmy dean.it taste a bit salty but not too salty it's just right goes perfectly with eggs ofcourse it all depends your preference. But definitely a must try

I've had these a few times, but never till this day eating breakfast have i quite realized just how salty these things are. Incredibly salty!!! and not in a good way. I've just cooked these in the oven. And i was thinking about REAL sausages, the kind with the skin that pop when you bite into them. The kind you get in restaurants. And these are nothing of the sort. If your use to buying these, trust me.. next time really think about their salinity. way too much. Sams really need an alternative brand. Jimmy dean used to be the best brand of sausage in my opinion. I've purchased it for decades. Precooked patties and links were also excellent. Several years ago the patty recipe obviously changed and tasted like flavorless sawdust. After several additional purchases I quit buying them and changed to the links only. They were still great. Just purchased a bag from Sams yesterday and cooked this morning. They were unrecognizable goo. They have zero in common with a real sausage link. Just spongy and horrible. I'm done with the brand. Other smaller providers are much better. It's just sad how historically great brands have been destroyed. Never going back.

The "new look" "same great taste" fully cooked original pork sausage links do have a new look perhaps because they are darker in color; however, in the microwave they do not cook up as tender and juicy as the previous ones--and they "crumble" in your mouth. Not a good change, Jimmy.

My 3 year old daughter loves the fully cooked sausage. She especially likes getting her toddler fork and knife out and cutting the links before she eats them. Since it is usually the two of us at breakfast, I love the convenience of being able to cook just a couple for us and cook them quickly. Thanks for making a great product for both of us!

Since the new packaging, this sausage does not taste the same. My husband and I ate it for two breakfasts, and I tossed the rest of the package in trash can. We both are in our seventy’s and even though it says on package original recipe, we know for a long time it hasn’t tasted exactly like it did when it first came on the market. It was still good however, but with this last new packaging something has changed again. Basic recipe may be the same, but something has been added.

Mornings are made easy, and yummy with Jimmy Dean fully cooked products. A house full of people sent out the door (some before the sun rises), with a fully belly. The links, and patties make great breakfast meals without being time consuming. Scrabble a few eggs, cook some patties or links, and wrap them in flat bread and you have an amazing yummy breakfast for the kids, and adults. You can add peppers and onions while cooking up the patties/links at the same time. All-in-all, a warm delicious breakfast made within less then 15 minutes.
