Great When New, Horrible Road Noise after 30K miles

I just replaced these on my Toyota Camry. I love how they handle on dry & wet pavement. I have my tires rotated & balanced at the tire shop. They were great until they passed about 30K miles. The road noise was horrible. I couldn't hear on my bluetooth due to the road noise. I love Michelin Tires and swear by them to get me home! These were wonderful when newer, but the noise was bad when they started wearing. I didn't get 55K miles. I barely got 40K. 44,478 to be exact.

Good performance but falls short on wear.

These tires perform well and have great stopping and stability when needed. Probably saved us from colliding into an accident that occurred right in front of us on the freeway. However, the tread wears out much faster than expected. I have 25,000 miles on mine and need to replace them. And now that the thread is low the ride has become rough.

Buy other brand of tire, STAY AWAY!!

This tires came on our brand new 2020 ford escape SEL the tires got down to 3/3nd when i had to replace them with only 23,641 miles on a 55k warranty tire. It was getting to dangerous to drive on our roads due to the heavy snow. Tires did not perform at all on snowy roads or ice, breaking was terrible. I also feel that this tires provide a small pull to the right even though the alignment was check multiply times. I do not recommend this tire we went with the General altimax 365aw which I am much happier.

Not Repairable due to sealing property of tire

Came new on 2021 Mustang Mache California model. Have been told that the tire is not repairable because they are foam filled. I cannot find anywhere that says these tires cannot be repaired because they are foam filled and are not repairable with normal puncture.

not a great tire

Bought a new Terrain which had these tires from factory. During winter conditions (snow packed roads), I didn't feel comfortable driving with these tires. Seasons have changed to spring, Now driving in rain, these tires are terrible. Seems like they want to hydroplane. I have to reduce speeds so much that i'm being passed like i'm standing still. I can say the tires are smooth riding.

Nice road characteristics, but treadwear nowhere near the promised miles.

These tires ride well and quietly, and they also improved the handling of my Lexus ES330. These V-rated tires provided handling and cornering that was better than the Michelin H-rated tires my car had previously. The only major drawback is that although they came with a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty, they were worn to replacement-needed level after a bit less than 13,000 miles (and had been properly inflated, wore evenly, and rotated every 6,000 miles). Michelin's "fine print," which I had not seen until now, limits treadwear warranty to specified miles OR 6 years, whichever comes first. I bought these before the pandemic, and did not travel for 3 years, yet Michelin's "clock was ticking," and when I called today to request pro-rated coverage, they said no. So much for "customer goodwill."

Just Okay

This Primacy tire came on our new 19 Ford Edge SEL. We have 25,000 miles on this tire, driven exactly 4 years to date. June 19-June 23. I keep the tire pressure from 36-38psi [Cold] year round, in our lower Wisconsin weather, with even tire wear. I have my own compressor in the garage. There is just my wife and I and both retired since 2010. The tread wear bars are not quite fully exposed. This November, due to our Wisconsin winter season, these Primacy tires will have to be replaced. I might say these tires will reach 30,000 to fully expose the wear bars, at best. I was not expecting a whole lot from these tires in the off set. I once had 55,000 mile warranty tires and were good for 35,000 miles. This specific tire did not meet my grade. You be the judge.

Super super super best performance tires i had ever

i had used this tire for more than 3 years, the most favorite performances are comfort and silent and additionally tread life service is better than competitors, as of today 61,000km, however i could find remaining tread depth more than 3mm/tires, it is super super good tires i had ever used so far during my driving experiences from 26 years old; that is for 26years.

Bad tread wear

These tires came on my new 2022 chevy Equinox premier. Bought the car last year car has 26,000 miles and the dealership told me yesterday I need 4 new tires. And the dealership won't stand behind them. Absolutely disappointed in the tread wear. I'll never purchase Michelin tires.

Exactly what I wanted

My 2016 Honda Accord V6 sedan came with Primacy MXV4s. They were ok but they weren't very responsive and they didn't like getting pushed hard during cornering. The Primacy Tours are much better. My car feels more “planted” and it handles better, The ride is a little firmer but not harsh. The new tires are 2 pounds heavier and I assume the extra weight went into stiffer sidewalls, yielding better handling but a little stiffer ride. The tires are quiet except on rough road surfaces. The bottom line is that the Tours feel sportier but still very civilized, which is exactly what I wanted.
