[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few days of taking Super Beta Prostate supplement, I experienced some relief from constant urination symptoms at night. The sleep interruptions and annoyance factor (because I had to get up to pee) has been significantly reduced when compared to not using this product. The results took some time to be able to determine effectiveness, but there is noticeable difference in frequency of urinating.

I did not find any side effects or contraindication, and while I can't say my symptoms were greatly improved, I did get an impression that there is a benefit. To properly determine this, I should have kept a log of liquid intake, other supplements and any related medicine, hence why I am using the word "impression". It is just difficult to make statements of fact when experience varies with individual conditions.
