Questionable effectiveness after taking this for a couple of years. At best it stabilizes symptoms. Would be nice to see a good double blind study of this product.

Does it really work, I think it's up to u if it really works as there are many times I don't think it really matters if I use this product or not in helping my bathroom needs.

I drink more water than most men, and at 57 years old I typically wake up only once during the night to use the restroom. Every time I use the restroom I have a good flow of urine.

Yes, my husband been using this for few years. It's been working so far. He doesn't go often to bathroom as many as used to.

It does seem to help. Not completely , but I do not have to get up as many times at night to use the rest room .
