This product did very little for me other than upsetting my stomach. It did reduce my nightly bathroom trips, but not by very much. Maybe it could help others, but it did not work out for me.

I have had a chance to try it and find that I don't have to get up in the middle of the night as often and have more energy in the morning when I wake up.

Received my product about a week ago, from what I can tell there is a difference and I would tell others and buy it. Only thing is that I ask is that since I am a tester, that I have a week after receipt to really write a how it works.
