Before using the product he had the urge to go to the bathroom all the time. When he did go to the bathroom he only release a little. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started my trial run about two weeks ago starting out with one dose in the morning, and as of 3 days ago had moved up to 3 dosages, it definitely has made a different in incontinence to the point of only passing urine maybe twice a day during an 8hr endurance, which is very nice. I am a 69 year old Veteran and receive a similar beta prostrate through my VA doctor at not charge. I would recommend younger men take this if they are noticing an increase urgency. in closing do yourself a favor and don't buy diapers.
