[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend Super Beta Prostate. I like the combination of components as a helpful tool in managing mild BPH symptoms. I did not find any side effects or contraindication, and while I can't say my symptoms were greatly improved, I did get an impression that there is a benefit. To properly determine this, I should have kept a log of liquid intake, other supplements and any related medicine, hence why I am using the word "impression". It is just difficult to make statements of fact when experience varies with individual conditions.

The sleep interruptions and annoyance factor (because I had to get up to pee) has been significantly reduced when compared to not using this product. The results took some time to be able to determine effectiveness, but there is noticeable difference in frequency of urinating.

Great supplement to maintain a healthy prostate it has made me decrease the amount of times I wake up at night to go to the bathroom and help me sleep better as a result. Initially, my spouse was leary to try the product. I request him again to try it, in which he did. During the process of try it, I noticed that he started waking less in the night to use the restroom. He also was able complete a full emptying of the bladder, he was able complete a urination without an interrupted stream of urine. He indicated that he would recommend this product to other men with the same issue. He also would purchase this bottle again.
