[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsule is a bit large, but goes down easily with liquid. As far as I can tell, after 7 days using them, I'm not experiencing any difficulty. In fact, I seem to be getting up less at night, will continue to use and test furthur.

It helped tremendously. It helped me feel like I did not have to "go" as often as I usually went also, and when I did I was able to have a steady flow instead of taking 5 minutes with a little here and a little there. I wish I had tried it before now. I will continue to use this product.

What I can say is that during the period I was using the product, my bowel movements were regular. I like this set of elements and vitamins, as now I have to get up at night to use the toilet only once. Together with SBPS capsules after meals I also drink Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) for better absorption of vitamin D3. So my doctor advised me and I have long been drinking two vitamins together - Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2. The result suits me.

I did have a more restful nights sleep after the first 2 nights I'd begun takinbg the supplements, even with there being a slight increase in fluid intake. I'd really like to continue taking the supplements beyond the given test parameters. I feel with extended use, I believe I'd be possibly aiding in the process to prevent future prostrate issues.
