The packaging splits in half with one side being the candy portion and the other side being a toy that you put together. It comes with a small plastic utensil to eat the chocolate with. The candy portion is a white and milk chocolate layered cream topped with 2 wafer spheres that are also filled with creamy chocolate. This is a product that seems to be geared toward kids with the toy you can put together, but the chocolate is gourmet enough for everyone in the family to enjoy. These are really a lot of fun and delicious.

They are so unique & perfect to surprise or reward your young ones for any occasion! The product includes 2 separate components. First, you separate the egg into 2 peices. Its super easy to separate; there are tabs to pull apart...& Each half of the egg contains a fun surprise! One part has a cute toy for your child to assemble & play with. The other includes a delicious & tasty chocolace/cream filled dessert with 2 crunchy chocolate candies to enjoy! These treats are fun & tasty! It's the perfect reward for little ones! ❤️ The Eagle toy I assembled for this review was a bit complicating & difficult. Most toys are simple to create. I think this one was more challenging because it has movement effects. If you push the tail of the eagle, the wings flap up & down! It's fun & cute...but definitely requires an adult to help assemble ! Overall, this product is delightful & brings the joy of food & family together! That's what makes Kinder Joy Eggs so UNIQUE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson asked for this at the store. I had never seen it before but I bought it for him. I thought it was just candy. When he opened it he showed me the special toy inside and the chocolate snack on the other half of the egg. There was a small spoon to eat the creamy snack and wafer bites. He really enjoyed it. I'm sure it won't be the last time I buy it for him.

I like how it comes with its own little spoon and is pretty self contained. The only complaint I would have is that the toy's are usually junk, even the kiddo doesn't care for it and they usually wind up in the trash. But the chocolatey treat is a delight.

The egg opens up into 2 pieces, one side has chocolate and nuts inside it and the other side has a little toy inside it.
