I keep several packages of these around the house, almost completely replacing every form of bread. They freeze well, especially if you just plan on toasting them after thawing in the fridge. Low calorie, good flavor, lots of fiber. A super product. I don't like the packaging, since the individual tray wrappers don't reseal well...but a minor inconvenience.

I love the taste and nutrition! Great for egg sandwiches, cream cheese & jam, or butter. Though fork split, I find slicing to separate gives best results for toasting.
