There is so much wrong with this microwave, where do I begin:  1.  There are no backlights behind the touch controls so you always have to have your kitchen light on to see them  2.  The controls are so nonsensical that we are constantly reading the manual that came with the Microwave.  3.  It plays a very long annoying tune at the end of almost all functions.  The tune is loud, nothing quiet about this Microwave.  4.  I have never, ever, had to read an appliances manual so often and for so long!   They make no sense at all.  For example, you have to press the 8 on the Microwave to select the Power Levels.  Now how would one ever guess that?!  I constantly have the Owners Manual on the Kitchen Counter because you always need it!  Very non intuitive controls.  You can rarely hit the right button without reading the Manual!  Whoever configured this should have his/her parents or grandparents to try to use it.  We are ready to just throw this away and buy another.   We will never again buy another without first reading the Manual and seeing if we can actually use it without constant reference to the Manual.   Very poorly configured.

Happy with purchase. I love the interior and easy to clean. Microwave is easy to use. The fan is not super strong but works.
