Not delivered when promised! Still waiting

My order was promised for 8/31/25, today is 9/3/25 and still no delivery. 1st text, unable to deliver, 2nd text unable to deliver. 3rd its been shipped and should be here soon, 4th text its on its way and delivery requested for 9/4. I could've just gone to Home Depot, bought it and had it installed by now. fustrating....:/

Design flaw

Oven light stopped working after ~18months. It is not a bulb replacement as shown in the videos. The lights are LEDs on a circuit board which is only accessible by uninstalling the microwave and removing the microwave cover. This is not a homeowner replacement item.

Nice features but poor hood light

Got this microwave to replace an old Whirlpool. I really like all the sensor features, I am used to just hitting minutes but the sensor cook really works better for even cooking and defrosting. The above the range fan works well when I am cooking below it, but I am a bit annoyed that the top vent fan automatically comes on every time I use the microwave even for just 30sec and this feature cannot be disabled. I have expensive cabinets above the microwave and am worried the constant fan will ruin the finish, so we open the doors out of the way to use the microwave. Would be nice if the vent had adjustable grate to blow air straight out instead of up the front of the cabinets. My biggest complaint is the halogen range light. It isn't very bright even on high setting and gets very very hot so cant be used as a night light. It's an easy fix though, I recommend taking it out right away and replacing with a dimmable LED replacement bulb, you would think an company like LG would make an efficient LED bulb standard. I have only been using this microwave for a month and so far it works great, just small annoyances which is why I removed a star. I cannot comment on durability yet.
