Bought it 4 months ago and it started humming real loud. It worked fine except for the noise. Service tech diagnose on first visit but had to order parts because in my opinion they’re not allowed to stock too many parts. It’s an industry thing so they can make max money and not worry about customers. Second visit tech fixed with new parts and it’s quieter. Loved the tech and very knowledgeable. Probably will be replacing with a different brand with a lot better quality product in the future.

Disappointed

This is a replacement for our 5 year old LG OTC microwave. I feel that the control system is not nearly as functional or intuitive as it's prior iteration. Why do I have to press cook time to set a 1 1/2 minute time cycle. I wish there was a way to go back to the old controls. If I try to defrost something, the readout tells me I am cooking, not defrosting. This is confusing and misleading. This is not progression it a regression of a perfectly fine operating system.

Just bought and installed this microwave and it’s a huge upgrade in design from my previous one. Love the look. Installation was easier than I thought. Live that it ties into the ThinQ app along with my washtower and refridgerator. Looks like you can control it though the app also. Glad I got this one!

Microwave works as it should but there is noisy vibration when it's in operation. I've tried to make sure it was securely installed, but vibration and noise continues. It would be nice if the touch pad controls would illuminate when you touch them. It's tough to see when in lower light.

Interior Light quits working within 12 months.

Interior Light quits working within 12 months. Replaced under warranty with 2 weeks left on warranty. The warrantly replacement didn't make it a year and now it's out or very dimm again. Seems to be a design flaw with these microwaves. I have had many different over the stove microwaves and never had this issue.

Nice microwave I got mine in the black stainless and it does fingerprint quite a bit that being said it is a very beautiful appliance in our white kitchen it has way more power than my previous microwave which was also a convection oven so that is taking some getting used to but all in all I am very happy with my purchase.
