PlayStation products are as expected, when purchasing. My sons enjoy them. I wish I would have started buying the warranties earlier on. The controllers tend to only last for about 1 yr (I assume it’s planned obsolescence). Now that everything has a digital record, including my Walmart Account, it will automatically save my receipt! I bought the $4 2-yr warranty %26 will (hopefully) save $ when we need to buy another in 1 year🤷🏼‍♀️ we’ll see…

I’ve used an Xbox controller for a long time and after using this controller I can immediately tell the difference in quality. The ps5 controller feels amazing and work’s amazing. I honestly never want to use my Xbox controller for anything as the ps5 controller is better in every aspect as far as I see. If you can buy this controller you won’t regret.

Worked great for 5 months. Now it has super bad drift, so I’m going to have to return it…since it’s been less than a year, even though I paid for 2 year coverage I have to go thru PlayStation and pay OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to send it back. I sure thought since I bought the protection plan I wouldn’t have to do that. I’m not sure if it’s just PlayStation making junk controllers (this is the 3rd controller) within 2 years…or if this was just a bad seller. The other 2 controllers went bad a little over a year. 5 months is insane for a $70 controller. It’s not user inflicted either, because my 17 year old daughter doesn’t beat on her controller…

Nice looking and it works well, as expected. I've only had it 3 days so, if anything changes, I'll update this review. I bought it as a replacement for the original controller, which I've had since the PS5s came out, and which had a malfunctioning shoulder button that I decided to replace instead of messing with fixing - I'll fix it one of these days when I have more time.

First, I have to admit I do not play the PS five myself, but my boyfriend does and we recently had to get him a new controller. It’s funny because I really like the color of this controller. He really likes the color of this controller. It’s working great no issues so far. I’m not a gamer but hey, I love the color lol

I bought this controller to replace my old controller, which got analog stick drift 8 months in. Drift is when one or both of the sticks give input even when not being touched i.e. the camera or character move/drift on their own. In several more months, when this controller's analog sticks begin drifting, I will have to pay $75 to replace this one. I'm not sure if the flaw was intentional or not, but it is irritating, always happens, makes Sony a mountain of cash, and will never be corrected. The rest of the controller is of superb quality.

Got this as a back up/secondary controller when they were on sale for Black Friday. Could not beat the price. It is now May and my Walmart app had a notification pop up to review it. This controller is still working like if it was brand new. I will probably pick another one up again this year in November if they go on sale again.

This new blue is very striking in person. It's a nice metallic sheen to it that really looks great. I am anxious to if the upcoming faceplate for the console will have the same metal Ii c sheen. Standard DualSense controller otherwise, though it does have better stronger springs in the triggers compared to the launch controllers which prevents breakage.

Bought brand new for my son for Christmas. Straight out of the packaging, he hooked it up to his brand new PS5 and immediately noticed the direction pad and left analog stick are not working properly. As an example, he couldn’t run around on Fortnite. Going to try to return, but we threw out the box so not sure if it will be allowed :( there goes almost $80!

My son, 10 years old, was very pleased with his new PS5 controller. He loved the camouflage style. The only thing that I was unhappy with is that it did not come with a charging cable, you have to use the one that came with the PS console, therefore you can only charge 1 controller at a time. My son didn’t seem to mind but I wish I wouldn’t know before I ordered (maybe I overlooked that info and just assumed it came with a charging cable.)
