We have been purchasing the Defender LTX tires for several years for all of our vehicles (van, sedans, and small compact cars). They do great in the snow and rain and have lasted well past the warranty. I recommend them to friends frequently and have been very happy with the Defenders.

My first several hundred miles remind me why I like Michelin tires. Smooth, responsive, quiet, sure footing. I drive mostly highway miles but have a mix of primary and secondary roads and the Defenders are a very nice match for both types of surfaces.
