I try to maintain a low carb eating plan and find that many keto breads lack in flavor and/or texture. And, contrary to what labels may say, I have tried some keto breads that spike my blood glucose. I tried the Inked Timber Wolf Keto Seeds bread and was impressed. The thin slices toast well and it has a good flavor - certainly not equal to many non-keto breads - but, I use it for morning toast or an occasional sandwich without complaint. It does not spike my glucose levels, but I understand different products affect people differently, so if that's a concern be sure to check. I hope Sam's continues to carry this brand!!

I found this bread to be very tastey when toasted. Myself and family all enjoy it and the plus side is it’s a healthy choice. The size may differ among other breads but hasn’t been an issue.

This bread is wonderful, especially if you are going keto or low carb! Good texture and taste, especially fresh and untoasted for sandwiches. For buttered toast, it's just meh- kind of flavorless and it doesn't seem to brown. I tried buttering it first and then toasting but that didn't help. I tend to use peanut butter or avocado on my toast so it doesn't matter much what's underneath- it's still good. I sure wish it was carried in my local Sam's or deliverable. I literally had to drive 45 minutes each way to get this. I won't be doing that again until the price of gas comes down.

This is my go to when I'm watching my carbs. It actually tastes like real bread. The fiber content is high, so helps with regularity also.

This bread tastes great and makes being on a keto diet easier. Doesn’t taste like typical low carb bread. We love it.

This Keto bread is awesome it has a great soft texture not dry like a lot of keto products. I highly recommend and at 1 carb a slice you can't go wrong

Better than regular bread

I thought I'd give this a try. I usually buy Dave's. Mistake. While there is nothing inherently wrong with it, it does lack any type of flavor. And for some reason it takes an extra 1-2 minutes to toast (how I normally eat bread). I'm not really sure why. It is soft. That was nice.

BOTH LOAFS HAD EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF MOLD!! DID NOT NOTICE DUE TO FREEZING ON DAY OF PURCHASE. NOT POSSIBLE TO SEE MOLD UNTIL PACKAGE WAS OPENED NEXT DAY

I didn’t like the texture of the bread at all. It felt like eating a sponge. Maybe it’s just my personal preference, but I wasn’t a fan. Also, the ingredients didn’t seem very good either.
