Like the remote, but this heater is loud and makes a vibrating sound. Maybe we got a bad one.

It’s ok. If I had kept the box, I’d take it back.

I thought this would be a quality product as I own other Lasko products. However, this product poses a serious safety risk. It does not turn off when the temperature, it continues to run on high heat. My room got close to 90 degrees and I had it set to 75. Do not fall asleep with this on, do not have this in the room with children or pets.
