I try to stay away from Energy drinks as much as possible, but Red Bull is my go to. It's so expensive, but so good!

I'm not a big fan of these, to me they put me ever more to sleep, I'll have to drink like 2 sometimes even 3 for me to feel something

Gives the energy but leaves me feeling down and laggy. Definitely has an effect on my body that makes me feel slow and even more tired the next day.
