I dont drink this anymore let alone anyone else. I used to drink it before I knew any better. Its full of sugar and other random and gross ingredients. If you need energy eat natural foods high in energy

I really only have sugarfree Redbull when I am in desperate need of a big caffeine boost. They are a little bit expensive but if you don't have them all the time that's no big deal they just aren't that healthy for you is the biggest drawback
