I use to drink these thinking it helped me get energy. Which I have to say it did not give me what I needed! These drinks are unhealthy and a false energy booster. Eating healthy and maintaining a healthy life style does the trick no need for this!

Great sugar free boost. I use it before exercising to me energy for long walks. Doesn't taste too sweet or too syrupy. Kinda like Mountain Dew with a kick. A little pricey for the size, but not something I use every day.
