While our label no longer includes an age statement on Knob Creek Original Bourbon, Knob Creek still has the consistent and full-flavored taste profile that Booker Noe demanded, and that fans know and love. Our big, full-flavored taste profile that current master distiller Fred Noe holds to a standard, has not changed, and we still blend to a 9 year flavor profile. We still do offer an official age statement on our Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon variant.
