I tried Muscle Milk for the first time, and I am not a fan. The ingredients are okay, but it tastes overly sweet and processed. I returned mine and will stick to a different brand of protein shake.

My grandsons recommended this to me for after surgery. My doctor said to increase my protein intake. I have been enjoying this for 5 years now. I do have to get an extra case for my grandsons when I get it.

This tastes bad, like artificial sweetener and artificial chocolate and canned milk.

We head out to Planet Fitness to work out & enjoy this delicious boost on the way!

i loved drinking these every day but the price has doubled in the last 6 months... i wonder why?
