My husband and I both tried this and we found it rather sweet for our liking. We only had the opportunity to try one bottle so we weren’t able to identify if the product had an effect on our body. It was a nice chocolate flavor, but very sweetened.

Muscle Milk has great flavor and works well to suppress your appetite. I lead a very busy work life and this has save the day on more than one occasion as well as gave me energy to get through the day. Highly recommend!

Pretty good and with 25 grams of protein. Perfect for a grab and go after a workout. Much easier than mixing my own and then having to clean the shaker bottle somewhere. Tasted much better cold and wish I had more.

Good chocolate taste. A little heavy on the sugar substitute taste. Make sure it's consumed very cold and shake it s couple of times during drinking. Great meal replacement and for keeping those hunger pains at bay between meals.
