The apple has a good flavor. The strawberry pieces are very tangy and unpleasant. I like the extra crunch from the seeds.

If you like trail mix, this oatmeal is like eating your favorite trail mix full of nuts and seeds! Yummy!

Lots of seeds which I have difficulty chewing. I will try it again and if I can't get it down, I will give it to the birds.

This is not sugary at all which I love. I’m not sure what the Karen’s are complaining about. The flavor is good, and there is so much texture going on. I made mine with unsweetened almond milk, and it is wonderful!

First of all it did not expire in nov 22, that is the mfg date! Expires in May 23!!!! Great taste, keeps me full & love the 2 flavors! Put on shelves as a regular
