Mixed with milk instead of water is my choice for a good breakfast that is not overly sweet.

It drives me crazy how they are allowed to put the word healthy on something that has sugar as a second ingredient. That literally means the only thing that there is more of than sugar is the oats.  I have no problem with sugary products but don’t take advantage of people who don’t know any better by tricking them into thinking this is healthy with a name like that.
