I can't believe SAMS Club even offers this to its customers. I called to make a claim and they told me It's still under the warranty period so have the manufacturer fix it. I asked if my protection plan starts after the manufacturers warranty and Oliver said NO, your coverage starts the day you purchase the product but you can't use it if it is still under manufacturers warranty. I lost it to say the least!!! So you are paying for 4 years of coverage from your purchase date that you can't use for the first 2 or 3 years while your product is under mfr warranty. Thankfully I was able to cancel for a full refund.

DO NOT BUY! I purchased this for my TV. They sent out a technician to fix it the first time something was wrong. Fixed it and then the same thing happened again. Technician this time says can’t be fixed. Called for replacement and have been given the run around for over a month and I still have not received the check for replacement. I think they’re waiting for me to give up!

Not sure how to use this. I bought it with a washer machine in 2019 and both this and the washer fell off of my online order history. I had to pay put of pocket for a tech to come out and even look at my machine. Luckily I saved the email of this purchase so I didn't have to pay for the parts. So how do you even use something when you cant access it?

Cancelled this protection the same day as I rec'd the paperwork. I paid for a 4 year protection plan. Acording to the paperwork, I already have a 2 year manuf. warranty with the washer and dryer, but the Allstate Policy says that it expires in 2028, so I'm only getting a 2 year policy but paying for a 4 year policy. This is out right fraud!
