Sadly, my sams hasstopped carrying this. When we *could* get it... we used it in several dishes- nachos, mashed potatoes, on rice, as a veggie dip, in soups

This queso is so good. I use it to dips chips or add ground meat to make nachos. I take it to parties and it's always a hit. It's creamy and perfect.
