I didn't sleep well the first night but after that I have had a great nights sleep. The bed feels very soft at first, but is actually firm under the first layer. I really like it after getting used to the sensation. My old Serra bed was causing me to have hip aches and now I don't. Money well spent.

I bought this mattress based off the sale price and the fact that it said “cooling” and it doesn't disappoint. We use this mattress in our guest room and everyone raves how great they sleep on it! I'm so happy with this product that I'm going to get another one to change out our master bedroom mattress.

We've had this great mattress for a couple weeks. It came well packaged and expanded perfectly... no smell. It's great for those who want a firmer memory foam. The description says "firm". In my opinion it's best for those who sleep on their backs and want support. If you have a shoulder or hip issues and sleep on your side... I think a medium or softer mattress would be better. The quality is impressive for the price!

I bought a bed from sam's about 6 months back and it was uncomfortable, way too firm and gave me back problems. After reading the reviews and information about this bed, i decided to buy it and have felt a lot more comfortable sleeping and my girlfriend agrees as well. I would recommend to a friend, especially for the price point.

So my husband and I were not sure how we felt about this mattress when we first got it two weeks ago. BUT they tell you to give it at least a month and that's very true. After the first two weeks it's gotten much more comfortable. We thought it was a little too soft at first but we have gotten very comfortable on it and in the morning it's very hard to get up because I'm so comfy. Price was amazing. Almost bought one that was a thousand dollars more locally. So glad we didn't. This mattress is very nice. I sleep hot normally. Was hoping this mattress would alleviate that problem but I still sleep hot. Not as hot as my old mattress but still a bit hot. We use this mattress on member's Mark adjustable base and it's awesome! For under $1000 for both the base and mattress together, we feel we made two great purchases. Overall I would recommend this mattress. Can't go wrong for the price. Researched and tried lots of mattresses all over town. Am very happy with this purchase.

Awesome mattress, nice and firm with perfect support where you need it. As soon as packing was opened took it's shape immediately, no needed to wait. Highly recommended for those with back problems and trouble/light sleeping. When my husband turns, moves, etc. I don't feel a thing and doesn't wake me up.

When this arrived I was very concerned the moment I got the box. It was way to light to be a king size memory foam mattress. I pulled it out of the plastic and it grew very quickly. No smell on the mattress whatsoever. There was just one part at the top that took a few hours to get to full height. Now for the test. When you sit on this mattress you sink down very quickly and its super soft. This concerned me because being a big guy 6'-9" and almost 300lbs I needed something supportive. I was worried but willing to try it. I honestly was surprised by how supportive it was despite being so soft. I am a side sleeper so I like it a little softer for my broad shoulders. This is decent, but overall I find myself sinking way too deep into the mattress and ultimately having to move constantly throughout the night to find a comfortable position. Also due to the lightness of the mattress you you feel any movement. My wife and I feel each other moving all night which makes it worse. I am returning it because it just doesn't meet our needs. Weirdest feeling mattress I have ever been on.

If you are a heavier person (300 Lb plus) DO NOT BOTHER with this or probably any memory foam mattress for that matter. I would sink too much once settled in a spot then it was uncomfortably difficult to roll over to the other side and to get out of bed. The cooling effect lasts all of 5 seconds. The mattress never fully plumped up like in the photo on the website. I literally got up after a few hours and went to sleep in my guest bedroom which has a regular firm mattress on it. I will be returning the mattress ASAP.

This mattress is comfortable enough but it was not cooling, and it is very slick. We tried two different kinds of sheets and neither would stay tight on the mattress both would slide off every night. It is also important to note that you need to pay attention to the warranty. You are not getting the warranty from the actual company when you buy through SAMS. Not that we had any issues with this but when I went to question about the sheet problem they said they had nothing to do with sales from SAMS or warranty.

Horrible back support. Side sleeping is also painful you would think on memory foam it would be better. Mattress bounces everywhere with my weight of 160 lb. When me or my wife moves, there is no motion isolation.. this doesn't feel like either memory foam or innerspring
