The Carrots were large and tough. The broccoli wasn't too bad. The cauliflower was awful. I couldn't eat it. It was mushy and had an off smell. This was my first time buying this and my last. Will go back to Birdseye California blend. I bought two bags of this and had high hopes. Will be returning.

Perhaps a year or so ago, I got a package with spoiled carrots. The larger pieces were the worst, with noticeable changes in color, texture, smell, and an awful taste. This is a combination of vegetables that I like a lot, so I recently worked up the courage to try them again. They were exactly the same. The larger pieces of orange carrot seem to have spoiled prior to freezing, and this time, some of the cauliflower had also spoiled! How is this possible?! Two different packages a year apart with the identical problem? Do I have amazingly bad luck with this product, or are other people eating spoiled vegetables and don't even know it?

These were okay at first, nothing to write home about but made it easy to get vegetable servings when necessary. Lately, however, the quality has gone downhill. The cauliflower has little brown spots that taste bitter, the carrots are tough and there are lots of hard ends and bits. Skip the blend and just buy the frozen broccoli on its own.

I do not like the flavor. It is very offputting. I have tried to prepare them several different ways and the taste is just horrible

This item was a complete disappointment. The product is not fresh. I used to buy them in the past and they were great. Not sure what is going on. The broccoli was also a huge disappointment as the broccoli was brown after cooking.

April 2023, I have been using these bagged vegetables for several years. As of late the quality has drastically declined. A large portion of the bags are now just carrots.

It is very tasty, however sometimes the chunks are very large, but one can cut them up quickly enough. I am glad you organized the package so that the directions and cooking procedures are more efficient, it cooks fast and completely now.

No ragrets, not even a single letter! Tossed these with some extra virgin olive oil and then put them in the air fryer. Great as a side dish or throw them into your atir frys!

I have bought this item many times and family loved it…. For tonight’s dinner we pulled it out of the freezer to find black ice and the cauliflower black so not only did it get tossed the entire flat of chicken that it went into … super bummed

I like that there are 4 bags in one. Makes it so much easier .
