I was seriously considering one of Ultra Human’s competitors but a friend of mine gifted this to me and said it would change my life. I can happily say that is has. I’m sleeping better, exercising more, and eating right. The ring motivates me just enough to keep going and I can’t be without it. I was concerned about analysis paralysis and if I could sleep with the ring on my finger at night but I can gladly say that both were worries that I didn’t need to have.

The only thing I’ve noticed is my battery doesn’t hold as well as it did when I first got it and it’s only been a few months. I have been exclusively wearing the ring without an Apple Watch for the past week too. Much more comfortable to sleep with, no notification distractions and better overall health tracking. Battery life better than a smart watch too so less hassle. If you want a fitness tracker without a screen it’s top tier in my opinion!

I originally purchased to track my sleep, and it has helped me get my health on track by understanding my heart rate, HRV, and stress. I've already set personal records by exercising more and lowering my stress levels and heart rate! The only reason why I took off one star is because the smart alarm in the app is a bit buggy. There have been multiple times the alarm didn't go off even though it was set for the correct date/time.

I’m not big on wearing a watch, so this is a nice alternative. It does seem to be easily scratched or beat up, but so far that hasn’t affected how the ring works. The sleep data is explained so well on the app, it has become a daily habit to check in on my daily score and work towards a steady and good sleep health.

Crossing fingers battery life and data upload issues get better. Again, when it’s working, it is fabulous.
