Great features

Very nice Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek appearance and easy to clean exterior. The Alexa and Smart things connectivity work really well if you are into tech. Underside lighting is brighter than my last Samsung unit, which illuminates the stove nicely. The clock is a little small and the buttons take some getting used to since they are arranged horizontally. The only minor negative thing I can say is that the door is noticeably larger and heavier than most, and if you are used to a handle, the side latch takes some getting used to. But I'm very happy with the unit and would recommend it.

Modern look, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful modern & sleek microwave, cooks/defrosts very well! This replaced another Samsung microwave that I had for 12 years. I mainly use for reheat & defrost. The timer is hidden under settings & is a bit different. The menu powers down after a while when not in use- but comes back up when you touch the panel or open the door. The clock is on all the time. The fan is powerful & has 3 levels. Overall, really nice, feels solid- wish it had convection cooking. Matches my stovetop & refrigerator nicely. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience on buying samsung microwave

It is a big disappointment that the food has to be heated more time than the previous microwave. Also, the fan sound is too noisy and touch controls are hit or miss.

Connectivity with other Samaung electronics

Microwave is good but fan is useless

The microwave portion works well. Fan however is another issue. The fan is vented using a 6” duct that goes straight through the roof. No bends but straight. First, it doesn’t have enough vent power to suck steam from a boiling pot of water when it is on “boost” setting. Secondly, when it is on “boost” setting, if you put something in the microwave and press start, the vent fan switched to medium speed. This makes the fan portion of this appliance useless.
