We purchased this microwave from Sam's Club. The microwave features a good fan and lighting underneath, which are quite useful. It heats food a bit faster than our old 800-watt GE model. The touch screen and lighting are nice, but it still requires the same cleaning and wiping as any microwave with touch controls. The interior is a decent size and can easily heat family meals. The surfaces appear easy to clean; we haven't soiled the microwave too much since we use food coverings when heating most things. Using the Auto Cook and Sensor Cook functions requires a few more button presses compared to some rival microwaves we've had in the past, and I don't like digging through menus when trying to auto-cook something. I haven't completely gone through the manual yet, which speaks to how relatively straightforward it is to use the microwave for standard tasks. We also have a Samsung range, but aside from adding both devices to the Samsung SmartThings application, we haven't set up any routines or syncing between devices. Overall, this microwave is a really good value for the money. The cost savings of having delivery and basic installation included from Sam's Club is a home run in our book.

I bought a Bespoke microwave in February 2024! I absolutely hate it! Unfortunately I didn’t know my control panel doesn’t light up or never would have bought that model! Second, I can’t see controls unless I have bright lights on and my glasses on! It also is a finger print nightmare and it is only my husband and me! Unless you can live with constant finger prints get a different microwave! Third, when I boil something on my stove top it gets dripping wet inside and out even when noisy fan is on high! I have the required distance from stove top! I detest this microwave! It also lets tons of steam out when cooking something moist in it! I would do anything to have old one back! I would give 0 stars if a option!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It is so convenient to have all of my appliances listed in the SmartThings app and monitor their status. The sensor cook feature is great. I reheat my food when I work from home and don't have to worry about the food coming out cold or way too hot. The auto dimming glass controls are so sleek and work very well. The capacity of this microwave is perfect. Enough space for all of my needs. Not only does the microwave work well, it looks really good in our kitchen with all of our other Bespoke products.

The unit looks good and does the job but the designers obviously don’t spend much time in the kitchen. The time should remain visible all the time or at least allow that option. The kitchen timer should be available as a main option instead of having to go through several steps. Also the normal microwave controls that allow for selection 1,2,3,4, and 5 minute run times is not available. I would never buy a Samsung microwave again without seeing it in action to ensure that the normal convenience controls ere available.

There should be an option to leave the clock on the screen all the time instead of time out. However, the Screen on the microwave stays on (not only the clock but all buttons) the entire time the light is on but seems it should not. So if you leave the light on as a counter light, the screen never goes out. Some easy changes and this would be a great microwave.

Reheat & cooking settings seem to work very well. Only complaint is that touchscreen doesn't always respond wheh we first tap it to turn on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Samsung microwave on May 15, 2024. I am still in the process of using the different functions that the microwave is able to do. I love the list of foods and microwaving information that is printed on the side of the opening of the microwave as this is very helpful. The popcorn function on the microwave doesn’t work well when using a microwave popper (not the bag popcorn). I’ve used the popcorn sensing function as well as setting the cook time and still have not been able to get the popcorn to pop all the way. I would like it if the control panel was on the side separate from the door. It’s easy to turn the microwave off with it being on the bottom of the door. I do like the look of the microwave. It seems to function well for heating up food and beverages. The inside is large enough to fit bigger dishes in the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen every specs of my mircowave to tests it true ability and I’m stunned by how much I enjoy reheating my meals with confidence of true taste and no longer have that yucky feeling of eating leftovers. I love how Smartapps lets me know updates about it when I’m not near it or less than a couple feet away it allows me to control the ventilation speeds, cooking and heating adjustments which just amazes me to be able to have more control and less stress of wondering if I’m overheating my food. Also has a larger serving size platter than most I’m able to fit more for multiple kids in my house hold. On top of all of that I can’t express how much easier and relief it’s been to tackle cleaning. The beautiful ceramic blue interior enamel is scratch-resistant and easy to keep clean with minimum scrubbing and no harsh chemicals needed.
