Great Microwave!

Looks and works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement for another Samsung microwave, existing bracket and top mount holes were the same so replacement was very easy. So far everything works as advertised. Timer is harder to use on this model.

Not a Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Issues about a month after buying it. The microwave itself works pretty good and is clean looking, but the fan on this unit never worked correctly and eventually they just gave me money back, so at least that is plus. It has Boost and High, but high stopped working and they tried 3 times to fix it and they couldn't figure it out. The rating could have been a 4 but, Samsung support has been a nightmare for my appliances.

Little fingers all over

I don’t know I have wanted to give this an honest review, by waiting some months. It’s been 9 months I have the whole bespoke kitchen. And I will say it says fingerprint resistant- that is not true, fingerprints every where. After 9 months it’ just stopped working. Literally tried everything Samsung tech said from online and nothing worked. This microwave does not heat up food properly, and excessive amount of time is needed to heat up the simplest of food. Example popcorn button does not pop the popcorn all the way through it will burn but bag will not be inflated. Or reheating food is a chore constantly choosing more time, then flipping over the food for all sides to be warm.

Works well. Powerful. Range buttons hard to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Hidden buttons give a sleek look but make them hard to use when needed. The hood fan is needed regularly and the button is impossible to find. You have to look for the fingerprint marks. A brighter light to see inside the oven would be nice. Missing 1 2 and 3 minute quick start buttons common on other microwaves. At the very least hitting the 30 second button should auto start the microwave.

Absolute waste. Installed dented and crooked

Garbage. Arrived dented, the guys installed it anyway and said to contact Sam's and they would document in their delivery. It's also crooked. When we contact Sam's, they won't send someone to uninstall it. They say we will have to uninstall to get a replacement. Absolute waste of time and money. Save your money and buy from the other membership store who will stand by their products.

As beautiful as it is, it is lacking features

As beautiful as this unit is, (and I love the sleek design), it is seriously lacking features, and it's not intuitive to figure out. My biggest beef is the 'timer' is buried in the menu. It should be it's own button. The auto cook features tell you nothing. I have no idea, most of the time, how to run it, or if it knows what kind of food I am trying to heat, defrost, or melt. If you love popcorn and hotdogs, it's probably fine.
