[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've never done one of these before, so I can't compare it to previous versions like some other people are doing. No previous experience. I can say that this works well. I've never been a soda drinker, always preferred black tea, unsweetened. But the last year or so my teenaged son has been on a carbonated flavored water kick, and I've come to like them as well as a great alternative to my normal tea routine, so I though this would be a fun thing to try. Instructions are pretty straight forward, although I apparently didn't have the bottle tight enough up when I first tried it, and got water spraying around. Once I realized I needed to get it in there more, things went fine. I expected it to maybe last for a little bit, but not long. I was surprised at how much longer the effect lasted than I would have thought. We've been trying various powder and drop flavors, trying to find what we like.

This was an amazing Christmas present. We're saving tons of money on soda and this money doesn't require electricity either! You can either use the SodaStream mixes or your own flavors. The design is very simply and it's super easy to use - just push the button for your desired carbonation!

I don't drink soda, and hate drinking plain water! I've been buying flavored sparkling waters, and started looking at how much plastic I was throwing away. I decided to try there Terra and I love it. Easy to use, doesn't take up much space, no cords or batteries to deal with! It took a few times to determine the level of carbonation, but I got that down too. Yay! Less plastic in the landfill!

The machine comes with a flavor and a tank.  It does not require any electricity.  I like making the just the soda and sqeezing in some lemon or lime. You can also adjust how much fizz you want,  3 pumps is consider "normal" and give 5 pumps is consider extra frizzy. i design in simple and modern and fits perfectly on my counter top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my soda steam for a couple of weeks and is amazing!!!! I love sparkling water and the bubly flavor make it much better. Is extremely easy to use, you have to fill the carbonating bottle with cold water, insert the bottle neck into the snap-lock and then push the carbonation button 3 o 5 times depending how fizz you like you water and TADA! All done to enjoy your fab fizzty drink!

The whole clean bottles, fill bottles, refrigerate bottles, then carbonate (easiest steP) then awkwardly try to pour the right amount from the bubly flavor bottle into the neck of the water bottle is messy and inexact. Any one of these steps contributes to disuse. Especially messy flavoring pour. You should make bottles with eye droppers or a syringe like device to make that step more exact and less messy. Just sayin’.
