Now Peppermint soft gels work as good or better than IBGard at a much better price. They have helped me greatly with spasms and gas associated with intermittent IBS problems. The dose is 1 to 2 soft gels, and they are enteric coated so they can reach the source of the problem without breaking down. I trust Now Foods too. They have been around more than 50 years with a history of superior products.
