[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using UltraHuman ring for past 4 months and must say it is the best thing I have purchased which has helped my sleep tracking and body recovery as well....all the new features which the UltraHuman team are adding to the app are just mesmerizing and the ring has helped me get fitter and take more care of my routine be it from completing the number of steps on a given day or even being consistent with my sleep time and duration of rest...love the ring when it actually identifies temperature spikes of your body letting you know that the body needs rest or you could be having fever....I am in love with this RING....thnx team ULTRAHUMAN

Had a horrible experience with this product. Bought 2 of these. The app is horrible to use. Only was able to get one of the rings to pair with the app. The other kept saying ring can't be found. So returned that one to Sam's. Bought another. Same issue. Returned that one. Now for the ring that did pair with the app. Tracked sleep well but that's about it. Only recorded about a third of actual steps. Was supposed to store data and transfer to app if you didn't have signal. Didn't do that. Was supposed to share data with my other apps. Didn't do that. I don't know if it's the app or the ring or both. Returned that ring also. Bought 2 Oura ring 4's. The set up was simple. Paired immediately. Tracks fitness accurately. Yes you have to pay $5.99/ month but it's totally worth it. Btw. Sam's club was awesome at the return process.

Battery can be prolonged in the future but the chill mode has immensely helped with battery life. Just because I have garmin 965 as my daily driver I sometimes forget to charge my ring after 2-3 days which I never do with my garmin watch.

I was a smart watch wearer for years but the one thing I could never get used to was sleeping in a watch. This ring was perfect for me! It is so comfortable that you don't even realize you are wearing anything. I get analytics like steps, heart rate, stress, sleep, breathing, etc. and it is so much better than having a smart watch. The only thing is you don't get any cell phone notifications which I am actually glad about. The other great thing is I can now wear any watch I want to or no watch at all and I don't have to worry about missing my health analytics.
