[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ring for Christmas in 2024 and it was amazing for about 6 months when then it suddenly stopped holding a charge and was not connecting with my phone to transfer data. I have stopped wearing it since then since it was getting annoying to have to keep manually connect it with the app again and charge it at least 2 times a day. I loved it for the first few months but since then it’s been not great.

I said kinda because there is still some features that i hope it has but it doesnt. Example the find my phone features, and i do hope that it has a better ability of recognizing when i'm doing a workout.

Only thing is I wish it would be better at taking treadmill steps in to account for overall steps! But otherwise I love being able to track my sleep and movement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has changed my life from a standpoint of prioritizing my sleep. The ring is excellent for tracking certain things. My complaint would be the size and quality of it. After a few months the gold paint is worn off and it doesn't look great. It is also extremely wide and becomes bothersome when doing some tasks using my hands. All in all I am happy with the product and what it has done for motivating me to be a healthier person.
