Suffer from sleep apnea and purchased the ring for monitoring. The app shows much about sleep but not the sleep apnea itself. Otherwise I would rate it a 5+

I received it as a gift 2 months ago and I really like the insights it gives me, especially helping me to get active more regularly throughout the day and giving me a lot of information about my sleep.
