[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this ring because I didn’t want to pay Oura subscription. I have a quite mixed feelings. On one hand I haven’t experienced any problems with battery, pairing or any quality issues. On the other hand the data received from the UltraHuman is way different than from my Apple Watch or Whoop. Also, Czech translation is utter garbage. It seems it was made through Google Translate so it sometimes completely misses the point or even means something different. But they can still fix everything and they are trying.

The data and feedback gives me a better feel of how I am doing, the impact on my sleep, how eating/caffeine/activity is impacting my sleep and recovery. Has struggled with connectivity and battery life, dies in a day and a half maybe two days sometimes on chill mode. It constantly wouldn’t track my sleep data and would show 2-3 hours of a 8 hour sleep. I have already requested a refund for the clearly faulty product. If you can fix these issues I’d be interested in continuing to use Ultrahuman as I do believe the product and what you are towing to achieve

I have been using it for last 6 months and with the increase in my cardio, the correlation i see in dropped heartrate is amazing. The caffeine window and circadian rhythm are such a great add on. The sleep scores are so accurate and i can always see how that score correlates to my mood and energy for the entire day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the UH Ring Air for approximately two months now, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience. Initially, I was expecting a battery life of 3-4 days, but I was consistently getting around 36-48 hours. However, following several software updates, a "Chill Mode" was introduced, which has significantly improved my battery life, even when using Turbo Mode. Unfortunately, I opted for the gold model, which shows scratches more easily; in hindsight, I would have preferred the black version.
