Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my UltraHuman Air ring. Things a love about it is the sleep tracking. Definitely been feeling more energised after going to bed and waking up on time. Also like tracking how my fitness levels are tracking. Would recommend this ring to anyone

The prefect minimalist health device ever worn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ring has been a helpful assistant for my health. The ability to have a device that is lightweight, and minimalist makes me forget that I’m wearing it at all. I love how insightful the device is, been able to track sleep, heart rate patterns and caffeine intake were things I need in a device and this ring does all those factors right.

Great choice 👌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Smart Ring has been an absolute game-changer for me. Its sleek design is incredibly comfortable for 24/7 wear, and I barely notice it's there. The data it provides on sleep, activity, and recovery is incredibly insightful and has helped me make tangible improvements to my health. I particularly love the detailed sleep analysis and how it helps me understand my readiness for the day. The battery life is impressive, lasting several days on a single charge. If you're looking for a smart wearable that's both stylish and delivers actionable health insights, I highly recommend the Ultrahuman Smart Ring.also I love ❤️ it, been using 2years .

Review for Ultrahuman Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Ultrahuman for a while now, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product. The sleep tracking is detailed and accurate, the step count is reliable, and the heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) metrics are consistently well-presented. The app interface is smooth and insightful, making it easy to monitor and improve daily wellness habits. The only area where I see room for improvement is automatic activity detection. While common movements like walking are well tracked, activities such as swimming, intense yoga, and jogging often go undetected, and I have to manually log them. It would be great to see the ring better recognize a wider range of workouts on its own. That said, this is a minor issue compared to the overall value the platform offers. Looking forward to future updates that make an already excellent product even better!

Love the accuracy and logic derived by my patterns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a month and a half since I’m using it. This has definitely been transformational for me because a lot of the patterns that my body portrayed are now finding logic because of the ring. I have changed my sleeping habits, eating time, etc. The only issue I feel right now is charging. I’m never able to charge it to 100% because the only time I take off the ring is in the morning for about 40-50 minutes before I’m ready to leave for work. Other than that it is GREAT!

Too much processed data

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using ring about year... 1. Would like to get access raw data , like blood O2 , as my hobby is flying would like to monitor what height does. 2. App send far too many notifications - less would be enought

Subpar performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially was great very quickly went down hill. Has struggled with connectivity and battery life, dies in a day and a half maybe two days sometimes on chill mode. It constantly wouldn’t track my sleep data and would show 2-3 hours of a 8 hour sleep. I have already requested a refund for the clearly faulty product. If you can fix these issues I’d be interested in continuing to use Ultrahuman as I do believe the product and what you are towing to achieve

Firmware issues but overall content

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it in March and already have the second replacement because it stopped connecting after a firmware update, so now I don’t update the firmware because I’m scared it will stop connecting again. But I am super happy with it when it is working

Great ring for sleep and daily use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ring for about two months now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The ring hasn’t discolored at all and still looks like new. It’s very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping or during workouts. I use it regularly for strength training, and it never gets in the way or feels uncomfortable. It’s especially great for sleep tracking — very accurate and insightful. One downside is that you can’t see things like calorie burn in real time; you only get the data afterward. Also, the battery life is a bit shorter than advertised. I usually get about 4 to 5 days per charge. Still, compared to a smartwatch, this is already a big improvement for me. All in all, I’m really satisfied with this ring and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to track sleep and activity in a more subtle way.

My personal commitment partner to wellness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Not just on the outside, but internally—like how fit it really is. This ring has been surprisingly helpful. The Cardio Age feature kind of freaked me out at first, but it was also a wake-up call. Seeing that number was a good push to take things more seriously—and what's cool is that I could actually see it improve a bit after a couple of weeks of better sleep and more consistent workouts. The VO2 Max reading is another feature I didn’t expect to care about, but now I check it way more often than I probably should. It’s satisfying to see it climb, even slowly. And cardio adaptability is probably what I’ve appreciated the most. It tells me how well my body is bouncing back from stress or workouts—and for someone with my family history, that feels like gold. As for the design, honestly, I’m not a huge fan of chunky wearables, so I was relieved that the ring looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t scream “fitness tracker,” which I love. Super light, too—I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Especially if, like me, you're trying to stay a step ahead of genetics.
