Even when keeping up with the updates to the app and the firmware, I feel like battery life has decreased. Other than that, I think it’s a great tool if you’re into wellness and learning more about your body!

It tracks my sleep amazingly and consistently and I am able to see where I can improve to be a better human. There was one time where I had a fever and it caught it early on with its temperature tracking. The menstrual tracking is also amazing and I love just being able to glance at it to see where I’m at in the month. Safe to say I’m obsessed and I even convinced my husband to get one!

I bought hardly used second hand ring air and was offered to purchase ultrahumanX extended warranty through the app. Turns out ultrahuman warranty is non-transferable. As a customer I feel like this company does not stand behind their product and I would never buy their product. There are other well know smart ring companies that has transferrable warranty and stand behind their product.

I love being able to know what is going on 24/7 regarding my sleep, fitness, stress levels and so much more. even better that it looks like a normal ring and i get so many compliments on it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring. Bought it maybe 4-5 months ago and it has been great for tracking my sleep and helping me stay on top of my move goals. I would recommend it to everyone. Something I’d love for it to develop would be a more comprehensive cycle tracker for women that allows me to track more symptoms and changes in the week that would effect my cycle. However, as it stands the ring has been immensely helpful to me and tuning my recovery.

Also, i wish it had some integration with strava, a functionality related to food ingestion and a way to measure blood pressure and heartbeat more accurately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ultrahuman Ring AIR as a Christmas gift, and it’s been a total game-changer in how I approach my health and daily routines. One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is in my sleep—seeing my recovery and HRV scores every morning has made me much more intentional about winding down properly at night. I’ve also become more mindful of how my habits (like late-night scrolling or late meals) affect my sleep quality. What surprised me the most is how much it’s helped with focus and productivity. Knowing when I’m in an optimal state for deep work versus when I need to recharge has helped me avoid burnout and stay sharper throughout the day. Overall, I feel more in control of my body and mind. The data is not at all overwhelming and after awhile using it, I barely notice it on my finger anymore. One thing I do recommend is getting a silicone cover for it as mine has scratched a little bit from everyday use.

I have been using Ultrahuman ring for a year now and it has been amazing. I have recommended it to all my friends. The whole product is so cool especially their fertility tracker and its so easy to wear a ring then bulky watches. They keep adding new features so it never gets boring. I love it!

I love that they're constantly coming up with new features, updates and keeping us learning without any additional monthly fees. I really do enjoy it. My only "complain" is the actual hardware. I wear the gold one and I feel as if the edges have already lost the gold and the ring itself looks like it's been on me for 7 years instead of 7 months.
