[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Ultrahuman Ring AIR for about 6 months now and it has changed my lifestyle completely around. I have never had a fitness tracking device so being able to get insight into my sleep and step count among many other metrics has changed my lifestyle completely around. I’m more aware of how many steps I should be taking each day, seeing how my sleep affects my recovery, and paying attention to my caffeine window has allowed me to be more alert throughout the day. I love my Ultrahuman Ring & I recommend it to anyone!

As someone who is super active, it tracks everything I need and more. Not to mention it’s so fashionable and looks way better than wearing a smart watch. The ring is very intelligent in many ways and even detects when you take a nap, have a fever, etc. if you’re debating on buying it, I’d suggest you just pull the trigger :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring about 6 weeks ago and I really like it. I like to monitor my sleep and get exercise in. It also tells me how much I recovered in the night and I can see the effect on late meals or too much sugar on my body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is good. My sleep has gotten a lot better and waking up feels like s breeze with the smart alarm, even with little sleep. The other features are nice too, however I feel like some are not extremely accurate for example, the moving score tends to be really low for me sometimes right after waking up because the ring registers moving during my sleep as steps. On the other side the temperature and readiness score tend to be very accurate, they were able to predict sickness and other low-energy days. The ring scratches pretty easily but I dont mind too much as it is common with my other rings too.

This ring has been a game changer for me, the ring tells me a plethora of data regarding my sleep, but it does so much more than that. I love how it gives me suggestions such as when to get sunlight, when to reduce screentime before bed, when to taper off caffein, etc. It has become like a personal coach for me and has really helped me improve my sleep. I am getting about 4 full days on a charge. No subscription, which is why I chose this over the Oura. Highly recommend.
