Honest review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a while now, and overall - it’s pretty solid, especially when it comes to sleep tracking. It actually helped me become more aware of my sleep habits, and over time I started making better choices because of it. So yeah, it’s great if you’re trying to improve your recovery or just want to feel more in control of your daily rhythm. The ring also tracks HRV and VO2 max, which is cool – but honestly, I’m still not 100% sure how it calculates those numbers. The data looks impressive, but it’d be nice to understand exactly where it’s coming from. Now the not-so-great part: training tracking. If you’re expecting super accurate heart rate during workouts, you might be a bit disappointed. It’s okay for general trends, but it’s not super precise yet - especially if you’re doing intense or fast-paced workouts. Hopefully they improve this with updates. Bottom line? It’s awesome for sleep and recovery. Still a work in progress for workouts.

Great insight in health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring a month ago due to some health concerns and it gave me great insight into why I might’ve been feeling tired and struggled with migraines. I love being able to understand my body better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring in November and overall it’s fine, but I don’t think it’s super accurate. If I charge it overnight, it will still say that I slept and gave me a sleep score but I wasn’t wearing it. This has happened multiple times. It’s nice to wear and not bulky on uncomfy. Also I think the goals/metrics are mostly for walking, I don’t think it tracks other activity well. Also my charge will only last a day if I try and log any activity.

My Experience After a Few Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Experience After a Few Months I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for several months and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The ring itself is well-built and comfortable, though I expected it to be a bit smaller. Despite this, it fits well for daily wear and doesn’t interfere with my activities. App Features The Ultrahuman app offers a wide range of features, which I find impressive. It provides detailed insights into various health metrics such as: • Sleep quality • Recovery scores • Activity tracking Heart rate monitoring • Readiness and metabolic health However, the app interface could be more user-friendly. At times, it feels a bit cluttered and overloaded with information. It would be helpful if the app presented key insights more concisely, allowing users to quickly understand their status and what actions to take. Suggestions for Improvement • Simplify the Dashboard: A cleaner overview with only the most important data points would make daily use easier. Actionable Tips: Short, clear advice for each health area (e.g., how to improve sleep or recovery) would be beneficial. • Customization: The ability to customize which metrics are highlighted on the main screen would help users focus on what matters most to them. What I Would Like • Quick, summarized information for each health topic. • Clear, actionable steps to improve performance in areas like sleep, recovery, and activity. • A less crowded and more intuitive app interface. Conclusion The Ultrahuman Ring is a solid health wearable with strong hardware and valuable insights. With some improvements to the app’s clarity and usability, it could become even more effective for users seeking quick, actionable feedback on their health and performance.

Loving all the stats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with the ring - I like the sleep stats (which I need to improve), the vitamin D stats, cycle tracking, etc. So much good stuff to improve your health. I like that I don't need to wear a watch or something bulky. It also picks up my walks easily, but I do turn on the workout mode for pilates/etc. Battery lasts like 4-5 days for me with daily workouts.

Good ring, so-so battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the insights this ring has given me in regards to sleep quality/timing, stress levels. It is light on my finger and most of the time I hardly notice it is there. I did have an issue with my first ring but was quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately I have had relatively consistent issues with battery life even after troubleshooting in the app multiple times and using Chill mode (less battery utilization). For example, I will start the night with near full charge and be down to <30% by awaking in the AM. I wonder if some of the battery issues are firmware related as I had relatively good life for several months but then had an acute decrease in battery life in the past 1-2 months.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Ultrahuman Air ring a while back and it has been one of the most used device to track my health. At the moment of the purchase, I was constantly having troubles with my sleep and it has been really useful to be able to see the stages of each night. I also really loved the other features, especially the dynamic recovery and the advices it comes with. The only downside I found is that there are differences between my watch and ring inthe movement scores, but nothing too massive. The battery life had change over time, now it is shorter, but I also know that I had it for quite some time. I also love how there are all sort of updates, both in the app and the firmware and how you can see that the developers really care about their products. I would really recommend it

Great ring for its price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought the product in July 2024 and have been wearing it almost 24/7, locally and also for overseas holidays. Everything is great from the sensors, comfort, and also current and new features released regularly. The only downside is that the battery which could last about 6 days when I first bought it now could only last at max 3 days. I've not change any power or battery management settings so i guess the battery drain could be from the new features etc. Overall still a great ring.

A total game-changer for my weight loss journey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a middle‑aged woman who started at around 200 lbs, and the Ultrahuman Ring AIR has been a real game changer in my weight loss journey. It’s lightweight and comfortable - you barely feel it - and it gives clear, subscription‑free insights into my sleep, recovery, and daily activity. Seeing how well I slept and recovered each night helped me adjust my evening habits and push just the right amount during workouts, which made losing those first pounds feel manageable and sustainable. The ring lasts several days on its battery, the app is clean and easy to use, and it really felt like having a wellness coach on my finger.
