I purchased it and shipped it IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, and it started up on the first try. It is a little loud, but less than my previous generator.

I bought this so we wouldn't lose any food if our power were to go out. With kids, it's also a safety and reassurance for our family.

Easy to put together, started on second pull, and not as loud as I thought it would be. Needs an extension on handle to make easier to move around.
