Great looking product. Got help as soon as I called the service number. Washers too thick. Need thinner washers to attach the wheels to the generator.

The packing came with the 4 stroke 10w30 oil as well as a flexible funny and even some wrenches. Very good looking product and not too loud. This co.pany has been around for a very long time and now I see why.

Bought 1 and it worked so well I bought another one for our daughter and her family. Such nice peace of mind knowing we will have power when it's needed!

Chose this generator based on the great reviews. Haven't used it yet but everything seems pretty straight forward. The wheel system I purchased separately was difficult to put on.

Followed instructions, started up on second pull. Ran for about 15 minutes. Tested output using an electric drill. Everything appears to be fine. Electric power never went out at our house so we are storing it away for when it does.

Received as a gift. Didn't think I would actually need. Never needed one until this year. After Milton I finally unpacked and assembled to use during a power outage. I used it several hours each day power was out. Generator worked as intended based on its size. Following maintenance schedule I changed the oil when it was time on first break in. I recommend everyone follow this routine, there is a reason to change the first time early. Please do not skip this . At this time I would say it was a worthwhile item to have on hand.

Bought this unit after Helene came through, preparing for the next storm to hit. Followed all the startup instructions and the unit started up with no issues. Let the unit run for a while and verified by the readout it was putting out the proper voltage necessary. Glad to be ready for next time.

Just purchased after going through 2 hurricanes. Westinghouse does the RIGHT THING! Arrived quickly packed securely.Easy assembly easier instructions 10 mins tops !The best part they include EVERYTHING except gas. They included oil large with a nice funnel! REAL TOOLS to assemble with a storage case no less! Who does this ?! WESTINGHOUSE does! If your in a storm the last thing you need to worry about is a tool.Thanks Westinghouse for doing it right.

Got this generator for power outages at home. It has enough power to run refrig, microwave, some lights, etc. easily. Solid build, not too loud. The unit is heavy and it was hard to move. Run time is good. I have not used it much yet but seems very nice.

I bought this generator right before hurricane lost power for three days and it worked great powering the essentials. My refrigerator my freezer was able to charge all my devices and was left out of the dark by powering a couple of lamps. Thank you, Westinghouse generators.
