I was concerned as the generator came with some minor damage. The frame the generator is mounted on came slightly bent. This did not inhibit the operation of this tool. Started well ran well provided power, that's what I wanted.

We bought this to use for public safety power outages in our area and it has been super helpful! We are able to keep essential things running like our fridge and coffee maker! It works very well.

So far the hardest part of setting it up, was unpacking it. I am 63 years old and i was a little bit intimidated by this machine,I have to admit. However, simply follow the instructions and you are good to go.

I bought this and needed to install a high altitude kits (at 4000 feet?) There are 26 steps to do this and while Ican, this is something that should have been done in the factory

I started and put a load on the generator. Has been running for about 2 hours and operating as expected. Will power all i need when the electricity goes out.

Bought this to keep fridge and router going during many power outages after storms. This has run well with just those two. Since fridge can hold its own for a while i switched out fridge for a small a/c unit and generator didnt hesitate or lag once

This is a bigger unit than what I had before (1500 w vs 3600 w here). I like the power of this unit. Only thing I'm really missing on this unit is an eco mode. But for what I'm using it for (power backup in storms) it will be fine.

My 3600w generator is exactly what I needed. Used for some camping and emergency use, this generator after adding oil and gas started on its first pull. Still does every time I need it to.

Just pulled it out of the box, filled the oil and gas. It fired up on the first pull! We hooked it to the camper and it ran everything great... I was suprized how quiet it was compared to other generators

I bought this for power outages. Surprise, I have no power outage right now so I tried to test it out. I plugged in a small freezer, a fan and a light bulb. It worked great.
