The throttle lever popped off in transit and was incredibly difficult to find where to plug in. No pictures in the manual or information referencing it at all. The oil is impossible to fill without spilling everywhere. Other than that it's easy to transport, the wheels are a excellent bonus, and it started on the first pull. Just started using it and hoping it continues to run smoothly.

This generator is perfect. It's compact enough to be easy to store and powerful enough to give the oomph that you need. Everything was packaged carefully to ensure nothing was damaged in delivery. Directions were clear and in many languages. So happy with this purchase!

I bought this generator after we lost power for 3 days and I was surprised that I was actually able to lift it up to put the wheels on!! Once the wheels are on it's super easy to move even though it weighs over 100lbs.. so far it has been worth the money to have heat!!

Don't buy an extra cover like I did, just register the product and leave a review, even if it is only four stars like mine, and they will send a free cover. I bought it as a family Christmas present, we put gas in it and got it started, it was well packaged and didn't require any real mechanical ability to assemble. So, no shipping damage and it started. I feel a little like merchandise writing this review, so only four stars.

Just got my WGen3600v and come to find out the only model that comes with tires is the WGen3600. This generator is a little on the heavy side, but we will make do. Packaging was flawless I didn't find any type of damage. Can't wait to run it and see how it does with my camper!!

I purchased this generator for the cold winter of Pennsylvania. I wanted something that wasn't too complicated but could provide the power I needed. I like the flexibility of using either gas or propane for my needs and I also really like it has a remote. It is quite loud, but that is to be expected.

Nice clean design. They include a pre-measured bottle of engine oil and screw-in oil funnel which I thought was great. I poured in a quart of gas and first pull it was up and running for hours on idle. Checked all outlets for correct voltage. Manual provides info on oil type to use and compatible spark plugs from all makes. Has mounts for wheels and I will look to add a pair. Like the 3 year warranty.

Packaged well. Easy to remove & setup. Only had to install wheels & feet. Very easy. Came with oil too. Added oil & Gas & fired on first pull. Fairly quiet for a generator. Easy to move around on the wheels. Pull handle is already attached & always there but out of the way when not moving it. Gas meter works well & easy to see. I can see this lasting for many years.

I bought this to take to the race track for our race car pit crew. This little gem is a handsome machine. I get plenty of compliments about its blue color and its black powder coat frame. The color combo is quite fetching. We haven't actually had to fire it up yet so I don't even know if it works, but boy oh boy is it good looking. Someday I plan to actually add gas to it and start it up, but for now it's a total garage queen.

I brought this as a multi purpose generator, wanted something for home in case we lose power to save the food in the freezers and/or run appliances. At the same time it will run our travel trailer so great for camping or simply working on the camper in the summer to run the a/c and everything else.
