I purchased this for power during hurricane Florence (2018). Until it arrived I was using my neighbor's generator. I didn't realize how loud the loaner was until I started this generator. It is super quiet for a gas powered motor. The generator has some very nice features. My only complaint is not with the product but not buying the model that comes with wheels. The generator is fairly heavy, I believe around 100 lbs, so wheel on this unit would be nice for moving around to point of use.

Dropped off at garage door, few minutes had wheels installed, put oil in engine (included funnel & oil) was a nice. Added gasoline, applied choke, couple pulls on recoil handle was running. Tryed to start later found out it will start better when switch is turned on LOL. Will operate my air compressor and shop vac at same time no problem. Quite pleased with my purchase!

You need to work on your documentation with the generator. You need to revise your quick start guide. The key word is quick. I didn't see a drawing that shows where to find the serial number. Shoud this come with a rain proof cover, just encase, it needs to be operated during a storm. I did not see any thing about the quality and type of extension cords we should use. That should be in the quick guide. I am not looking forward to using this.

Got this generator to run my travel trailer, I have not used it yet for that purpose but when I unboxed and got it setup yesterday it fired right up and I must say I was really impressed with it! It is a quiet little generator and seemed rugged which were two of the things I was really looking for. I also wanted a generator that had good fuel consumption and was small enough to make transport easy but big enough to run everything on my camper without having to pay the price of a inverter generator. I'm not saying it is as quiet as a inverter but considering the price and the noise that my contractor generator made I'll take it.

We bought this about a month ago for just Incase. Glad we did!! Power went out last night due to storm and our pumps downstairs quit working due to that. Got the generator out and plugged those in plus fridge and tv. We were all set no flooded basement no spoiled food!!

Specifications should have been included in the manual instead of 1-page flyer. 0.6 Qt. oil capacity was not referenced anywhere as being the same as the included oil container. Oil fill flexible funnel was barely long enough to be adequate for filling oil without spilling oil out the top of very small funnel opening. Not clear that there was a 3600 and a 3600v, and that my 3600v did not include wheels like the otherwise identical 3600.

Purchased the 3600 during a power outage, did 0 homework for the purchase, this is what they had in stock. I got the generator home and was pleased at the minimum assembly required and clear instructions. Put the wheels on, added oil and gas and started on the first pull. My only complaint is the gas gauge, I'm not sure if it's working, or exactly how to read it.

I bought my WGen3600v; first and foremost, because Westinghouse is a household name that has been building great products for many years! I wanted a trusted, high quality, efficient product and that's just what I got! My WGen3600v came in without a scratch, was easy to unbox and set up. I also purchased the WG handle/wheel kit which was strong, rugged and easy to assemble as well. This generator is small in stature but starts exceptionally easy and has moderate noise for the amount of power that it puts out! With the wheel kit, it is compact, easy to maneuver and tuck in a quiet place in the garage.

And nice camping accessory! We had a snow storm and lost power for just over a day, it's happened more and more lately so I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and got a darn generator. Delivery was wonderful and fast, generator was perfect, well packed for shipping and included all you need to start right off (minus gas of course). I do recommend getting a 30 amp cord to make full use of it's capabilities. Two big thumbs up.

We purchased this generator 2 weeks ago online when the lights went out for 36 hours. It was scheduled to arrive the next day (which was going to be great since we had no electricity). BUT it arrived 5 days later- by now we had light. Got it setup and initialized several days later. It is too early to tell about the performance, but It appears to be ok for what we need it for (only when electricity is off for 6-8 hours to keep a refrigerator, TV, and phone charged and running)
