The generator arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Essential for our home between a tough hurricane season and cold winter. And perfect power alternative for our RV. Great design and value for a gas generator. Just the right size, power, and connections for our needs. Quick and easy to prep and start up. Clear instructions and helpful accessories included (oil, wrench, funnel). I look forward to using it and seeing just how well it performs.

I bought this in Sept 2024 and finally got to set it up since we are in for a weeks worth freezing weather here in the south. I am so happy with the performance, low noise and beautiful look of it. I bought this for the ice storm we had in January for SC. It was so easy to operate. ((43yo single female)) instructions were clear and easy. I was even able to add on the wheel and handle kit later. This is my first generator. Started with ease and operated well with my heater running and my Keurig ((priorities)).

Pulled out of box the oil that came with was crushed by generator. Lost 3 to 4 Oz. Of oil in bottom of box. Clean up check everything fill with oil. Gave it one pull, flywheel was grinding on something. Fine fixed that, flywheel cover had small dent which pushed one of the flywheel cover bolts into the plastic flywheel. No real damage. Filled with gas and now shut off value leaks. So fix that problem (will be getting new one) so I could run it. Runs good not to loud, 1 gallon will last 4.5 hours on small load.( couple lights,radio, coffee pot)

Bought the generator for emergency use only. Well, it has proven to be easy to operate and a reliable source to power refrigerators and lights Only thing that is a bit annoying, it is rather loud, so if you run it overnight, there might be neighbors who are bothered by it. We live in a rural area, so no concern for us.

We bought due to a winter storm coming and this generator had quick delivery and setup. I added the wheel package and had a little trouble installing the wheel pins; however, we replaced the fat washers with thinner washers and it worked great. Very satisfied.

I just bought this a few days ago. The wheel kit was very easy to put on, took about 10 minutes. Also included was the required motor oil to put in before starting. The flexible funnel worked like a charm. It started on the second pull and I let it run for about 30 minutes without any problem.

I bought this a few days ago and have had no issues with it, it is one of the best generators I've bought.

Can't wait to try our new generator for our Rv and our sons dirt track car racing. Those were the features that drew us to purchase.
